Gemma Cecile Perry's Obituary
Gemma Cecile Perry, 101, of Salem, New Hampshire formerly of Lincoln, New Hampshire passed away peacefully on Saturday, May 27th, 2017 at the Salem Haven Nursing Home.
She was born on May 21, 1916 in New Brunswick, Canada. Gemma was the daughter of the late Francis X. Cormier and Julie E. (Richards) Cormier and was educated in Methuen, Massachusetts.
Retired from AGFA in 1982, she kept working part-time at Calverts in Lowell and enjoyed hostessing at the Drummer Boy in Lincoln, New Hampshire. While living in Lincoln, Gemma was a parishioner of St. Joseph’s Church. According to her family she loved Ballroom Dancing and was the oldest living woman at 101 that resided in Lincoln, New Hampshire.
She was predeceased by her husband Arthur J. Perry in 1971, her daughter Arlene T. Stoddard, her son Robert Perry and his wife Ann, and her grandchild Leola Perkins. Also her 3 sisters; Bernadette Fradette, Joan Chadwick, and Marie Crawford.
Gemma is survived by her brothers Raymond Cormier of Methuen, MA. and William Cormier and his wife Lois Cormier of CA.

Special Family members Mary Lou Bartlett, Jackie and Lenny Dube, Donna Rae Cormier. As well as several nieces, nephews, grand nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews in the Cormier and Perry Families.

Arrangements are under the direction of the John Breen Memorial Funeral Home, Inc., 122 Amesbury Street, Lawrence, MA. Her funeral Mass will be celebrated on Wednesday, June 7, 2017 at 11:00 a.m. in Our Lady of Good Counsel Parish, St. Theresa Parish, 22 Plymouth Street, Methuen, MA.
