Gayle M. Touma's Obituary
Gayle M. Touma, 61 of Londonderry, NH died Monday, July 12, 2021, at Parkland Medical Hospital after a long courageous battle with lung cancer.
Gayle was born in Methuen, the daughter of the late Millerd J. and Josephine Touma. She was a graduate of the Greater Lawrence Vocational School in Andover. Gayle was employed by Western Electric and AT&T for many years. She owned her own business cleaning residential homes. Gayle attended St. Anthony’s Church where she volunteered at the annual Mahrajan festival. She enjoyed spending time with her nieces, nephews and great nephews making them laugh and enjoying life. Her kindness, smile and generosity to others will always be remembered. She adored her four-legged friend and companion “Baker.”
Family members include, sisters, Jennifer Touma, Elaine Daher of Methuen, Joyce and her husband Lincoln Chadwell of Londonderry NH, brothers, Michael Touma of Hudson NH and David Touma of Boston, MA. Gayle has a niece and several nephews including, Dr. Kristin Cohen and her husband David of Portland, ME., Michael Touma and his wife Maria of Palm Beach Gardens, FL., Derek Chadwell of Manchester, NH, Adam Daher of Methuen, MA., and Nathan Daher and his wife Ashley of Boston, MA. Her great nephews Samuel and Alexander Cohen of Portland ME.
Arrangements will be held at St Anthony’s Maronite Catholic Church, 145 Amesbury Street Lawrence, MA, on Thursday July 15, 2021, from 10:30 am to Noon, followed by a funeral Mass. Burial will be at St Anthony’s Cemetery in Methuen, MA.
