We are sending our deepest condolences to Margaret, Frankie, Eileen and Michael. Frank was a wonderful person and will be deeply missed by all. And the next rendition of "Danny Boy" at a family event will not be the same without him!
A great Irishman. I had the privilege to work with Frank at the Lawrence Welfare Dept. in the 70’s. He gave the best retirement speech ever when he left insisting the the Brits get out of Ireland. A real gentleman and great 45’s player..RIP Frank.

Frank was a treasure—-a great friend, a wonderful comrade, a tremendous community resource to both Lawrence and Andover—-he was the guardian link between the Morris and O’Connor families that went back well over a hundred years. He was a model husband, father and grandfather. He would meet you on the street, shake your hand and have you laughing —all within 30 seconds.
I will miss him deeply.
