What a privilege it has been to be a part of the Frank family. Fran was a constant source of ‘positivity’, good humor and optimism. He had that great human gift of lighting up a room and made everyone feel as though they were the most important person in the world.
The world needs people like Fran and I know his legacy will live on in everyone he interacted with. What a gift!

My deepest condolences to the Frank family. I met Franny before he knew Helene. A great friend and teammate his sense of humor was never ending. We let the years pass us by, but the bonds of friendship could never and were never broken.
