I miss you everyday dad! Thanks for being a good man. Thanks for always being here for all of us. I still am having a hard time believing your gone. Thanks for believing in all of us even when we couldn't believe in ourselves. You truly will be missed by everyone who knew you. I love you so much dad. Frank was an amazing Grandfather to my kids. He would proudly introduce me as his son-in-law. He was loved by all that knew him. He loved to sing and talk about politics and sports. My son Frankie is named after him and has his same body structure. Glad I was able to see him before he passed.
Going to miss Frank. He was such a lively, sweet man. He kept it exciting on the 3rd floor for the residents and watched out for all of them.
Always singing and always had a smile. Enjoyed talking with my mother about Lawrence and politics. Friendly to everyone and such a presence.

I have know Frank for many years from my work in politics and journalism. He was kind, deeply sincere and highly-principled. He always stood for what he believed was right - even if it meant he would sometimes stand alone. He always stood up for his city and the people of Lawrence, driven to make life better for everybody, especially the most vulnerable. My condolences to the Cialek family in this difficult time. while i worked at the senior center, Frank would always make sure I was doing okay and made sure i had eaten. He was very funny and friendly with everyone. When he ended up at the nursing home, he was on my case load and i tried my best to get him back home. he was always so happy to see me and super appreciative of everything we did for him. i will always miss his loud voice and singing, his talks about politics and basketball games. he will always have a place in my heart , rest easy Frank
