Joanne Reeves
My deepest condolences to all of Dottie's family and loved ones. It was always a pleasure to see and talk to Dottie at Province Lake. We both spent our childhood in Butler Field and have many good memories of being together in Glutton Ridge and at the lake. Many times when I came into our camp, Dottie would be playing cards with my Mom (Mary McDonald). I always looked forward to seeing her up there. I will miss her laugh, her smile and her genuine warmth and kindness. Also, we had a mutual friend, Tom Hilse who worked with her years ago at St. Anne's. He
could not be there today as he was moving to the Cape. I will be sure to
let him know how many of her colleagues were at her beautiful service
today. I pray that you will have comfort and peace knowing Dottie was well loved. She inspired so many children and adults in a positive way and she will never be forgotten. On behalf of the McDonald family, please stop by our camp #85 (the red one a few down from yours anytime. My Deepest Sympathy, Joanne McDonald Reeves
