Donna L Berryman's Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Donna
(DelliColli) Berryman. She passed away on Friday, June 24, at Holy Family
Hospital surrounded by her loving family. Born in Lawrence she was the daughter of the late Domenic and Mary DelliColli. She graduated from Lawrence High School in 1968. She then attended Bryant and McIntosh Business School. After finishing business school she began her career of 42 years at Raytheon in Andover, MA as the Fabrication Tool Crib Foreman.
For many years Donna was a volunteer at the Topsfield Fair. She could also be seen working at Rockingham Park Racetrack where she was well known and where many friendships were made. She enjoyed taking trips to Encore and Foxwoods. She also liked her time spent with friends going out to lunch and shopping.
Family was very important to Donna. She cherished each and every family gathering. She especially loved spending time with her grandchildren playing cards and board games and attending their sporting and school events. Her summers were spent with her husband, Joseph, at Salisbury Beach where they spent time with many friends who were considered their “Beach Family”.
She is survived by her devoted husband, Joseph, of 38 years, her stepdaughters, Donna Melia and husband Jerry, Laurie James and husband, William, her grandchildren, Devin, Megan, Erica and Brock, her sister Patricia Smith, nieces Kelly Compton and Kim Parnell; in laws, John Berryman, Mary Samataro and her husband George, Patricia Gallo and her husband Anthony, Sheila Cosaro as well as many other nieces and nephews.
At the request of the family there will be no services and a celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
