David A. Vittorioso's Obituary
David A. Vittorioso, 74, of Manchester NH formerly of Prospect Hill in Lawrence, MA., passed away peacefully in the comfort of his home surrounded by his wife and daughter on Thursday January 18, 2024. David was a very kind, loving and funny man who was born in Lawrence on September 6, 1949, he was the son of the late Mario and Lucy (Cardello) Vittorioso.
He was educated in the local schools of Lawrence and was a parishioner of Holy Rosary Church.
David’s first job was at the Mona Lisa Bakery delivering pastry and bread. He worked various jobs leading up to his career at Modicon where he work as a Mechanical assembler for 15 years where he made many great friends. He was also a dedicated member and supporter of the former Berkeley Social Club in Lawrence where he worked as bartender and was loved by all.
David was an honorable man who could tell a great story and make anyone smile.
He was a huge fan of early Elvis music including some of his gospel music and was thrilled to visit Graceland and Sun Records where Elvis got his start. David also enjoyed working on model cars, going to old car shows and listening to music of various older Rockabilly groups.
He loved taking rides to Newburyport, the beach and he absolutely loved a good meal.
His family members include his loving and devoted wife Gina Consentino of Manchester, NH formerly of Lawrence, MA.
His daughter Heather Vittorioso of Methuen, MA
His grandchildren Gage and Jade Tragiou of Methuen, MA.
Special Cousin “Cousin P” Pauline Nardella of Coconut Creek, FL.,
His brother-in-law Mark Consentino and his wife Lark of Richardson, TX and his brother-in-law Paul Consentino and his wife Katie of Lawrence, MA.
Several beloved nieces and nephews and their families and one young niece, Sophia Rose Marie Hewitt who he had a very special bond with.
His dogs, whom he cared for and loved spending time with, Miles and Teddy.
David was predeceased by his brothers Andrew Vittorioso and Mario Vittorioso, Jr.
He was also predeceased by his dog and best bud Jake.
Relatives and friends may call on Thursday, January 25th, 2024 from 3:00 to 6:00 p.m. at the John Breen Memorial Funeral Home, Inc., 122 Amesbury St. Lawrence MA.
His funeral service will be celebrated immediately following the wake at 6:00 PM in the Funeral Home.
