David John Dimlich (Arms),70, of Falls Church, VA, formerly of Andover, MA, passed away on Sunday, Feb 7th 2016, at his home. David was born in Lawrence, MA and educated at Phillips Academy in Andover, MA. He was a graduate of M.I Read Obituary
My most sincere condolences on the loss of David. I worked for him at Transdyn Controls until I retired in 1999. He was a good man and did a wonderful job under difficult circumstances for Transdyn. He was especially helpful to me in my taking early retirement. I regret his passing and hope his family will heal as I know he would have wanted.
Dave was the PA "day student" roommate of Russ Baumann and myself senior year. I remember him best for his wry sense of humor, his measured rationality, and his imperturbable equanimity -- all of which were a balm to salve the sturm und drang of prep school life. He was simply one of the most selfless, gentlemanly, congenial human brings it has been my honor to know. I remember best how he and his parents opened up their home to us as a haven from the daily pressures ... how he, Russ, and I would take long walks in the Sanctuary and share our dreams for the future. It is therefore with the pain of deep loss that I express my heartfelt condolences to his family. Dave was exceptional in every way, and we at least have the solace of his radiant legacy that shines on.

RIP MR David Dimlich. Wish I would of had one more chance to just sit and chat with you. Always enjoyed walking in to That corner office and just talking about anything. Miss you. Prayers for all the family. So wish you would of had more time to enjoy that sailboat.it was a pleasure to have know this man.
My deepest sympathy for the Dimlich family. Dave was a great man. I always enjoyed spending time with him. He will be missed.
