Claire Gloria (Kennedy) Murphy, 98, of Lawrence passed away on Thursday, July 15th, 2021 at the Cedar View Rehabilitation & Healthcare Center in Methuen, MA.
She was born in Lawrence on July 4th, 1923 daughter of the late Thomas J. and Annie (Wagner) Kennedy. Claire attended the local schools and was a graduate of Lawrence High School.
She worked several years as a Switch Board Operator for the Lawrence General Hospital.

Her family members include her daughter Ann R. Sheehy and her husband William of Lawrence, MA. and her son Thomas Murphy and his wife Jeanne of Methuen, MA.
Claire is predeceased by her son Bernard F. Murphy.
