To the family of Cheryl Wotring: Please accept my heartfelt condolences for your loss. I was shocked to read Cheryl's obituary in the Union Leader this morning. I was an adjunct English instructor at MCC until Spring 2006. Since then, I've lost contact with my former English colleagues, so I had no idea Cheryl was ill. I am so sorry to learn of her passing. I have warm memories of the short time I knew Cheryl. She was always helpful and supportive during my 4 years at MCC. I consulted her frequently, and she always made time for me. On Friday afternoons, I joined her and other faculty members for lunch at the round table. She had a wonderful sense of humor, and she spoke frequently about her family. She was especially proud of her three daughters. I am deeply sorry for your loss. I lost my father just 2 months ago, so I feel your pain. My thoughts and prayers go out to you during your time of sorrow. Jan Lafleur
