Charles E. Foskett's Obituary
Charles E. Foskett, 73, of Newburyport, MA, passed away on November 16th, 2023 at the Mass General Hospital in Boston, MA.
He was born on March 20th, 1950 in Lawrence, MA., son of the late Frank A. and Helen F. (Tarrant) Foskett. Charles was a graduate of Lawrence High School, he was a retired Police Officer of Methuen, MA., and was an avid sports fan of the Red Sox, Patriots and the Giants.
Charles is survived by his daughters: Lisa Foskett Hayes of Andover, MA., and grandson Braeden Matthews of Andover, MA.
Lori DiBella and husband Craig of Methuen, MA., and grandchildren Emily DiBella and Fiance Joshua Auger, Lindsey DiBella and C. J. DiBella
His Son James Foskett and his wife Paula Faye of Haverhill, MA., and grandchildren Malcolm Novello and wife Lexi, Evan Foskett, and Isabella Foskett as well as a Great Grandson Calvin Novello
His Sisters: Maureen Kilbreth of SC, Joanne Rennie of N. Andover, Debbie and Steve Fichera of Salem, NH, Patricia and Mike Flaherty of Andover, MA,
His Brother Frank Foskett of Arizona and brother-in-law James Ryan
As well as several nieces and nephews.
He was predeceased by his sister Carol Ryan, brother in law George Rennie, and his great niece Jessica Finney.
Services will be private for the family.
