Catherine M. (Martin) Kenney's Obituary
Catherine M. (Martin) Kenney, 88, a resident of Methuen, MA for 35 years, passed away on Thursday, March 10, 2016 at the Methuen Health and Rehabilitation Center. Mrs. Kenney was born and educated in Lawrence and was a graduate of St. Mary's High School. She was a perpetual member in the League of St. Jude as well as the Maryknolls. Mrs. Kenney was a retired storeskeeper having worked at Raytheon for 31 years. Mrs. Kenney was predeceased by her husband Roy Kenney, her son Kevin Kenney and her daughter Patricia (Kenney) Roussel. She is survived by her four grandchildren: Keefe Roussel of Salem, NH, Charlene Roussel of Haverhill, MA, Jill Foss and her husband Don of Pelham, NH and Kristopher Kenney of Andover, MA, as well as 3 great grandchildren, a sister Theresa Foley of Lawrence, MA, and several nieces and nephews. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Monday, March 14, 2016 at 10:00 A.M. in St. Mary of the Assumption Church, 300 Haverhill St., Lawrence, MA. Burial will follow in the Immaculate Conception Cemetery, also in Lawrence, MA.
