Carl H. Bridge

Carl H. Bridge, 75, a resident of Lowell, MA. And a former resident of Lawrence, MA. Passed away on Saturday, August 18th, 2007 at the D?Youville Manor in Lowell, MA. He was born in Winchester, MA. And educated in North Reading, MA schools and educated in Salem, N.H. schools as well. He served in the United States Army during the Korean War attaining the rank of Corporal. He worked for Raytheon as an Electronics Engineer for 39 years until his retirement in 1993. According to his family his passion was music. He started with playing the electric guitar he jammed with his cousins, and with his best friends. A step higher into the realm of music he furthered himself into playing the classical guitar. He had guitar lessons with renowned guitarist Bucky Auger. He loved Classical Music in which he loved to listen, especially on the local FM radio station WCRB Classical Music located in Boston, Ma. He also liked science fiction, anything from Star Trek to Doctor Who. Mr. Bridge also had love for his family especially his grand children and his two great grand children. He is the husband of the late Yvette (Nault) Bridge. He is survived by his four children; daughter Donna J. and her husband Donald E. Casey of Lowell, MA. Son Michael R. and his wife Mary Bridge of Lowell, MA. Daughter Cynthia M and her husband Michael W. MacLean of Merrimack, N.H. and daughter Barbara A. Graham of Haverhill, MA. A sister Bernice Powell of St. Johnsbury, Vermont, and a brother Herbert and his wife Betty Bridge of Mystic Conn. Also 10 grand children and 2 great grand children, as well as several nieces and nephews. A funeral service will take place on Wednesday, August 22nd 2007 at 1:00PM at the John Breen Funeral Home in Lawrence, MA.
