Burton Russell Dow Jr.'s Obituary
Burton Russell Dow, Jr., 75, a resident of Seabrook, NH and Salisbury, MA, passed away unexpectedly at his residence on Friday, November 15, 2024.
Born in Amesbury, MA to the late Burton Russell and Bernice Andree (L’Heureux) Dow, Burton was a graduate of Newburyport High School and then went on to receive his bachelor’s degree from the University of Massachusetts Amherst. He was the owner of Dow Seafood in Seabrook, NH. Burton was a member of the Elks in Newburyport. He was an avid golfer and a former member of Ould Newbury and was also a former member of the Lions Club in Salisbury.
The widow of Susan Marie (Garvey) Dow, family members include his sons: Matthew Dow and his wife Christina of New York and Patrick Dow and his wife Regina of Wakefield, MA. He is also survived by his two sisters: Denise Nolan and Tammie Carney and two grandchildren: Noah and Molly. Burton was predeceased by his sister Eileen Beevers.
Relatives and friends are invited to a Funeral Mass on Saturday, December 7, 2024, at 11:00 A.M. at St. Elizabeth of Hungary Mission Church,1 Lowell St, Seabrook NH.
