Bridget Perron's Obituary
Bridget Perron, a beloved daughter, sister, and friend, passed away after a long and courageous battle with cancer at the age of 51. Born in Methuen, Massachusetts, preceded by her father, Herbert A. Perron and survived by her mother, Patricia M. Perron and siblings: Theresa Kanan, Patricia Beauregard and her husband Herve, Lisa Kanan and her partner Cliff Fairbanks, Richard Kanan, and Jessica Santiago. Godmother to Amanda Rivera and Xavier Santiago, and a loving aunt to many nieces and nephews. Bridget lived a life filled with love and laughter, and her immense enthusiasm for entertainment.
Known for her lively spirit, Bridget had a deep love for music and singing. She found joy in watching and discussing TV and movies, riding her electric bike on the rail trails, and embracing nature. But, most of all, Bridget loved spoiling her cats (which she considered her children), Kitty and Bugsy, who were always by her side. Bridget was an enthusiastic attendee of concerts, comic cons, and comedy shows, always ready to experience new adventures and share her contagious laughter with those around her.
For 15 years, Bridget served as a secretary in the records office at St. Ann's Home, where her loud personality (and singing) was known and loved by many.
Bridget will be deeply missed but her memory will live on through the words to her favorite songs, and all the moments family and friends shared together.
A Celebration of Bridget's Life will be held Friday April 18, 2025 from 5 -8 pm at Salem/Derry Elks, 39 Shadow Lake Rd. in Salem NH. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to MSPCA or by planting a tree in her honor.
