Arlene M. (Spendlove) Hannan's Obituary
Arlene M. (Spendlove) Hannan, 85, a resident of Lawrence, MA. Died at her home surrounded by her loving family on Tuesday, January 22, 2019.
She was born in Lawrence, Massachusetts on September 20, 1933 to George and Ellen (Priestly) Spendlove. She educated in the John J. Breen Grammar School in South Lawrence, and a 1951 graduate of Lawrence High School, also a graduate of Mackintosh Business School in Lawrence. She worked for many years for the Internal Revenue Service in Andover until her retirement in 2001. According to her daughter she loved to watch and adored the Boston Red Sox.
She leaves her daughter Deborah Toomey and her partner Robert Cozzone of Lawrence, three grandchildren; Matthew Toomey of Natick, MA, Shaylyn Toomey of Framingham, MA. And Shelby Quinn from Newmarket NH.
Her funeral service will take place at the funeral home at 11:00AM on Tuesday and burial services will follow in the Immaculate Conception Cemetery in Lawrence.
