Anthony John Imondi's Obituary
Anthony John Imondi, 84, a resident of Methuen, MA., passed away on Friday, May 27, 2011 at the Methuen Health and Rehabilitation Center in Methuen. Born May 6, 1927 in Lawrence, MA, he was the son of the late John and Yolanda (Pettinelli) Imondi and was educated in the Lawrence Schools. Anthony was employed by various companies in the area including Economy Cleaners, St. Francis School, Raytheon, and Modicon. He is survived by: his wife: Rita (Savastano) Imondi, a son: John A. Imondi, a grandson: Ian Imondi of Merrimac, MA, granddaughters: Corlee Simons of Kingston, NH, and Ashleigh Brown of Ashfield, MA, great grandsons: Cole Liguori and Seth Schindler, and great granddaughter Lela Schindler. He is also survived by a sister: Rosann DeMarco and her husband Raymond DeMarco, as well as several nieces and nephews. A Funeral service will be held on Wednesday, June 1, 2011 at 10:30 A.M. at the John Breen Memorial Funeral Home, Inc., 122 Amesbury St., Lawrence, MA. Burial will immediately follow in the Bellevue Cemetery, also in Lawrence. Family and friends may call on Wednesday morning from 8:30 to 10:30 A.M at the funeral home.
