My sympathy to Tony's family. My Mom Rosine Zappala grew up with Tony, yet I had never met him until my sister was about to get married in 1999. I called Tony and asked if he would help me, a total stranger, to make some special arrangements for the outdoor reception. Not only did he welcome me to his cellar workshop where he helped me created 2 huge beautiful arrangements, but he and his crew filled the tent and grounds with his signature style, never expecting anything in return. Tony had a big heart, and our family will always remember his generosity.

To the family of Anthony Depari: As I heard the news today as I was trying to contact him (not knowing of his passing)...I find it very difficult to express my feelings for Tony at this moment. He was my mentor, savior and role model at the time in life when I had none. He gave so much back to me and others for little in return. He was genuine and a class act saved my life a few times. I regret never being able to say goodbye- He was just the best individual that I will never forget all those precious memories. Bless

I am away and my neice just called as to Anthony's death. He was my classmate, friend,and business partner. I am very sorry to hear of his death. Be assured I will remember him in my daily prayers. To all of his sisters and extended family, he spoke often about each of you with great affection, no better said, with much love. I am sorry I can not get to the Wake or Funeral Mass on Saturday. To The DePari Family; Tuesday Jan. 27, 2009 was a very sad day when I heard that one of my best friends of 45 years had passed. No matter where he lived or I lived we always talked on our birthdays. We met in Boston and then moved to Beverly Hills. He introduced me to so many hollywood people. We were both young and we enjoyed those good times. Those were the good old days. He begame part of my family and I his. He will e missed by all the people he came in contact with. And talent, nobody could arrange flowers like him. My heart goes out to his family. Love Al Correia
