Anne F. Gosselin's Obituary
Anne F. Gosselin, 77, of Lawrence, MA, peacefully passed away on Saturday, October 13th, at the Steward Holy Family Hospital in Methuen.
She was born on August 6, 1941 to Francis and Anna (Leonard) Molloy. A proud lifelong resident of the Tower Hill section of Lawrence, she was educated at St. Augustine Grammar School and St. Mary High School in Lawrence. She went on to graduate from Lowell Teacher’s College.
She worked as an elementary school teacher for the Lawrence Public School Department for 30 years until her retirement. She loved spending time surrounded by her family and close friends.
She was the wife of the late Louis J. Gosselin and is survived by their seven children: daughter Tracy and her husband David Pekarski of Methuen, son Mark and his wife Gratia Gosselin of Methuen, daughter Amy and her husband Steven Bisson of Dracut, son Matthew Gosselin of Lawrence, son Ian Gosselin of Methuen, daughter Kate Gosselin of Lawrence, and daughter Erin and her husband Jeff Gerardi of Lawrence. She also leaves behind 18 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren and her lifelong best friend Dianne “Muffins” Bradley of Haverhill. She is predeceased by her sister Claire O’Hagan and her great grandson Jaxxon Gosselin.
A funeral mass will be celebrated on Thursday, October 18, 2018 at 11:00AM at Our Lady of Good Counsel Parish at St. Augustine Chapel, 128 Ames Street, Lawrence, MA. A burial will follow in the Spring Grove Cemetery in Andover, MA.
