Aime E. Halde's Obituary
Aime E. Halde Jr., 79, passed away peacefully in his Haverhill MA home surrounded by his loving family on February 10, 2022.
Aime was born in 1942 in Salem, MA to parents Ethel E. Halde and Aime E. Halde Sr. The family moved to Lawrence, MA where he attended St. Mary’s Grammar School and met the love of his life, Patricia M. (Adam) Halde at 7 years old. Aime later attended Central Catholic High School.
Aime was a member of the Army National Guard for 6 years serving from 1964 to 1970.
Aime and Pat are active members of the Lawrence Elks where he served for many years as the Chaplain.
He was predeceased by his Mother, Father, and 4 siblings, Rena, Lorraine, Margaret and Pauline.
Aime is survived by his wife Patricia to whom he was married 57 years, son Richard A. Halde and his wife Kim Yelle Halde of Pelham, NH and daughter Cristine M. Halde of Salem, NH. He is also survived by 4 grandchildren Adam, Kayla, Morgan and Connor and many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of services, the family has made the difficult decision to have a private ceremony. A celebration of life will take place at the Lawrence Elks at a future date.
