Laurence “Jay” Lafond passed away on Thursday, March 24, 2022. The son of the late Laurence and Virginia (Edwards) Lafond, Jay was born and raised in Methuen, Ma and was a resident of Groveland MA for many years. He was most recently employed by Haverhill Community (HC) Media as an award-winning videographer. Jay’s hobbies included photography, meteorology, music and reading. He was a compassionate and caring person who enjoyed nature and in particular the seacoast and mountains. Jay is survived by his brother Jim and his sister-in-law Patricia as well numerous life-long friends. He will be greatly missed by his family and friends.
