My deepest condolences on your loss. I remember Mr. Ripa from my childhood. He was always so kind and welcoming to me when I spent time at his and Mimi's house. He seemed to perfectly fit the role of what a kind and loving grandfather should be. I wish I had had more time with him as an adult. My sympathies to you and your family.
