Franz Paul Arndt, 86, of Andover, Massachusetts passed away on Tuesday, November 12, 2019 at the Holy Family Hospital. Burial will take place on Saturday at 12:00 Noon at the Spring Grove Cemetery in Andover, Massachusetts.
